Configure Alpine w/ multiple email accounts

Hello Folks,

I apologize in advance if this question has been answered before. I
have searched archives and searched Alpine's website; however, I have
not come up with answers.

I have multiple email accounts and would like to configure Alpine to
fetch/send mail from all of these accounts. Is this possible? Also,
with multiple email accounts, is it possible to set up specific
folders, other than INBOX, to retrieve said email? For example, with
account A, I'd like for it to be stored in folder A, and account B,
folder B, and thereon.

Can this be done?

To receive mail from multiple accounts, M S C, and

[X] Enable Incoming Folders Collection

Then you can add all of your separate incoming mail folders and
specify what they are connected to.

For outgoing with different servers and from addresses, I am not sure.
I think some will suggest a "role". M S R and then you are on your
own.

Have fun.

Got it. Thanks so much for your assistance. However, I do have another
issue. When sending email from Alpine, it _always_ uses
"***@noosaj.com" as my email address, when, in fact, I'm using
"***@noosaj.com" as my email address (and email account). I've
tried searching through Alpine but could not find anywhere to 'force'
it to use ***@noosaj.com as the email address in the "From:"
field. I did some tests and found out that regardless of whatever
email account username I use (same domain, noosaj.com), it _always_
sends email using the "From:" address set to "***@noosaj.com".
That username just happens to be my Linux log-in, so does this have
something to do with it?

Thank you,
Jason

AS you have several accounts, you should take a look at:

These pages are rather dense, but well worth the effort of
exploring!
